Before working with a Buyer’s Agent, buyers must sign an agreement which discloses the amount the Real Estate Agent is charging for their services.
The buyer has the right to choose a Non Exclusive agreement with the agent allowing the buyer to work with several agents or the buyer can just opt for the agent to be a facilitator. You can read what these designations are starting on line 48 in Working with a Real Estate Professional below.
There is no set fee in Tennessee and Georgia and can be whatever agreement can be reached between parties.
